Pay-per-meeting

One booked meeting. $250. That's the whole model.

No retainer. No contract. No "request a quote" form. You define what qualified means upfront — we deliver the meeting or you don't pay.

No retainer. No "request a quote." No fine print. Every booked meeting is $250 — fixed, public, and you only pay when the meeting shows.
$250 per qualified booked meeting · no retainer

You set the qualified criteria. We source, qualify, and book the meeting. If the prospect doesn't show or isn't a fit, you don't pay — we'll replace it.

Qualification

We confirm ICP fit (title, company size, industry) and a real buying signal before the meeting ever lands on your calendar. Junk meetings get replaced, not billed.

Show-rate optimization

Multi-touch sequences, calendar holds, and 24-hour reconfirmations target a ≥70% show rate. We don't promise 100% — we promise you never pay for a no-show.

Follow-up & CRM hand-off

Once a meeting is booked, we push contact + context straight into your CRM, attach the conversation history, and tag it so your AE picks up cold-aware.

Frequently asked questions
Do I really not have to commit to a retainer?
No. Pay-per-meeting is month-to-month with no minimum buy. Cancel any time. We bill per delivered meeting — never per record on a list, never per email sent. If your volume grows, you can switch to a retainer; if it shrinks, you stay on pay-per-meeting. There is no contract that auto-renews.
What counts as a "qualified" meeting?
You define it before we start. Typically: the prospect matches your ICP (job title, company size, industry), they agreed to the meeting knowing what it's about, and they showed up. We don't count no-shows, wrong-fits, or accidental bookings. If we book a meeting that doesn't meet your criteria, we'll credit it — no argument.
Do you offer refunds for unqualified meetings?
Yes, on the pay-per-meeting plan. If a booked meeting doesn't meet the qualification criteria we agreed on upfront, it gets replaced or credited — not billed. On retainer plans, we track meeting quality each month and adjust strategy if the ICP match rate drops. We don't chase billing when the meetings weren't right.
What's the contract length?
Retainer plans are month-to-month with 30-day notice to cancel. We don't lock you into 6-month contracts like most agencies do — we earn your renewal every month. Pay-per-meeting has no minimum commitment. We recommend a 90-day window to see full results (setup + ramp + steady state), but you're not contractually required to stay.
How long before I see my first meeting booked?
Expect a 2-week ramp: week 1 for ICP definition, lead sourcing, and copy approval; week 2 for sending to begin. First meetings typically appear in weeks 3–4. Peak performance (full cadence running, replies converting) usually kicks in around day 45–60. We're transparent about this — outbound isn't a light switch.
What channels do you use?
LinkedIn (connection + DM sequences) and cold email. On Growth and Scale plans, we run both in coordinated multi-touch sequences — LinkedIn for warmth, email for follow-through. On Starter, you pick one. The pay-per-meeting option uses whichever channel works best for your ICP.
Do I need to provide leads, or do you source them?
We handle lead sourcing entirely. You provide the ICP (who to target), we build and verify the lists. If you already have a list you want us to work, we can do that too — just tell us upfront. Verified contacts are included in every retainer tier.

Our show-rate commitment

  • We track every booked meeting against actual shows — published in your monthly report.
  • If show rate drops below 70% in any month, we adjust the confirmation sequence at no charge.
  • No-shows, wrong-fits, and accidental bookings are replaced or credited — never billed.

What counts as "qualified"

You define this upfront. To count as a delivered, billable meeting, typically all four must be true:

  • Prospect matches your ICP — title, company size, industry.
  • They accepted the meeting knowing what it's about (no bait-and-switch).
  • They showed up — or rescheduled within 48 hours.
  • Company isn't on your exclusion list (competitors, existing customers).

If a meeting doesn't meet criteria: we credit it. No argument, no invoice.
